Position : Port Captain
Responsibilities:
- Conduct management vessel inspections
- Assist in inspections and scheduling
- Ensuring that vessels are ready
- Develop and administer operating and cost control procedures on company vessels
- Assist in new project development
- Interface with customers on an on-going basis
- Willing to be the captain of the ship if needed.
Requirements:
- Max 45 years old, 5 years as a master on AHTS vessel
- Ability to converse in simple English and Bahasa
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in Maritime Studies min. ANT II or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AHTS vessel and transportation industry
- Perform inspection of vessels on repair and maintanance standars and prosedure
- Ability to deal with others using courtesy, tact and good judgment
- Must be thoroughly familiar with ship, terminal/refinery operations.
